Austin Crawford –         Artist Bio

Austin Crawford is more than a musician—he’s a storyteller, advocate, and survivor. Diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), a rare and terminal neurological disease, Austin has turned his fight into fuel for creating music that inspires, uplifts, and connects with people around the world.

Known for his raw, deep vocals and a style that blends Southern gospel, blues, folk, and country, Austin’s songs carry both grit and grace. His music isn’t just about melody—it’s about survival, hope, and leaving behind a legacy of strength. Each track is born from lived experience, delivered with a voice that resonates with honesty and emotional weight.

Alongside his acclaimed documentaries Fighting MSA: Austin Crawford’s Story and Driven to Help, Austin’s music has become another chapter in his journey—bridging the gap between hardship and hope, pain and purpose. Every song he writes is a reminder: even in the darkest valleys, light can still break through.
